Aircraft assemble is based on the coordination principle of dimension,in accordance with the
design and technical requirements combination of aircraft parts or components form a
higher-level assembly or machine process.So far,aircraft assembly technology has evolved
the development history from manual assembly,semi-automated assembly to automated
assembly.At present,the rapid development of flexible assembly makes the automated
assembly technology to a new level.
This thesis based on the development project of aircraft typical panel component assembly
process equipment systems.After had analyzed the assembly process of the panel component,
this thesis proposed a new techniques and method for panel component assembly--adaptive
positioning flexible fixture technology.It was composed of the following parts:
First,this thesis in-depth study the developments in the field of the flexible assembly and
related research,explained the purpose and significance has been raised by project,clearly the
main content of this research project.
Next,based on the working principle and motion characteristics of Coordinate-driven,the
CATIA software was used as supporting platform to study the digital,modular design,
assembly simulation and interference checking of the Flexible Fixture Tooling(FFT).The
result verified the geometric parameter design of FFT rationality.Utilizing the virtual
prototype technology and ADAMS software,kinematics,dynamics mode for FFT was
established and a simulation analysis was carried out,and explored main factors that affect the
kinematics,dynamics properties and its effects.The static stiffness and dynamic
characteristics(Natural Frequency and Modal)of FFT researched by using the function
modules of Statics(Static function module is used to solve the FFT's deformed and stress
caused by external load)and Structural Dynamics(Dynamics function module is used to solve
the FFT's natural frequencies and modal)in ABAQUS software.
Finally,we have a conclusion on our work,get some useful conclusions and propose the nextto do.With analysis and comparison,this thesis proposes some improving measures for FFT
structural design.It has certain reference value to the development of aircraft typical panel
component assemble process equipment systems.
飞机装配是根据尺寸协调原则,将飞机零件或组件按照设计和技术要求进行组合、
连接形成更高一级的装配件或整机的过程。迄今为止,飞机装配技术已经历了从人工装
配、半自动化装配到自动化装配的发展历程,目前快速发展的柔性装配将自动化装配技
术推向了一个新的高度。
本文以型号飞机典型壁板组件装配工艺装备系统项目开发研制为背景,在详细分析
壁板组件装配工艺的基础上,提出一种壁板组件装配的新工艺和新方法——自适应定位
柔性夹持技术。主要完成了以下一些内容:
首先,深入调研了柔性装配相关研究领域的发展状况,阐述课题提出的目的和意义,
明确本课题研究的主要内容。
其次,基于三坐标驱动的工作原理及运动特性,利用CATIA三维建模软件进行柔
性夹持工装的数字化、模块化设计以及装配仿真和干涉检查,验证了柔性夹持工装几何
参数设计的合理性。应用虚拟样机技术建立柔性夹持工装的运动学,动力学模型,利用
ADAMS对柔性夹持工装进行运动学、动力学仿真分析,并研究探讨柔性夹持工装中影
响运动学,动力学性能的主要因素及其影响程度;采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件中的
静力学(静力学功能模块主要用于求解柔性夹持工装在外载荷作用下引起的变形和应
力)和结构动力学(动力学功能模块则用于求解柔性夹持工装的固有频率和模态)功能
模块研究柔性夹持工装的静刚度和动态特性(固有频率和模态)。
最后,对全文研究进行总结,得出一些有益的结论,并提出进一步研究工作的方向。
在分析比较的基础上,对柔性夹持工装结构设计提出了一些改进措施,对壁板组件装配
工艺装备系统的开发具有一定的参考价值。
